When you arrive at Crosby at Westchase, please plan to park close to the leasing office in one of our future resident spaces. If no future resident spaces are available, please feel free to park in any area designated for visitors. We also have handicapped parking available.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can take in the neighborhood and community surroundings before your tour begins.

Like many apartment communities, we showcase a model home to demonstrate floor plans and design. The model apartment is a renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom 634-square-foot floor plan. When possible, we will also be happy to tour you through your chosen apartment or a currently available home with similar features.The apartment home you tour may vary from your selected apartment. Differences may include:

- Location within the community

Whenever possible, we’re happy to show the exact apartment you’re interested in. However, if that home is still occupied or not yet ready to tour, we may show you a similar home with the same layout so you can get a clear sense of the space and features. Your leasing consultant will always explain any differences you may notice.
Can I tour if I’m still early in my apartment search?
Absolutely. Many visitors tour the community early in their search to get a better understanding of layouts, pricing, and neighborhood options before making a decision.
What if I want to apply after my tour?
