Arriving at the Community

When you arrive at Crosby at Westchase, please plan to park close to the leasing office in one of our future resident spaces. If no future resident spaces are available, please feel free to park in any area designated for visitors. We also have handicapped parking available. 



We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can take in the neighborhood and community surroundings before your tour begins.

Like many apartment communities, we showcase a model home to demonstrate floor plans and design. The model apartment is a renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom 634-square-foot floor plan. When possible, we will also be happy to tour you through your chosen apartment or a currently available home with similar features. 

The apartment home you tour may vary from your selected apartment. Differences may include:

• Finishes or color schemes
• View or floor level
• Location within the community

Your leasing consultant will clearly explain which features are standard throughout the community and what may vary from apartment to apartment.
