Yes, your furry friends are welcome here! Crosby at Westchase is pet-friendly for both cats and dogs. There are some breed and weight restrictions, and you’ll need to pay a pet fee of $300 for your first pet and $150 for the second. Monthly pet rent is $25 for each pet you have. We allow up to 2 pets at Crosby. We're also close to Sneed Dog Park, a great green space just for your pooch, only 2.5 miles from our community. If you have questions about your specific pets, just reach out to the leasing office.
Parking is a breeze! Residents of Crosby at Westchase have access to a gated parking lot with plenty of spaces, reserved and covered parking, and ample guest parking available as well. Our reserved parking is $45 per space per month. Covered parking is $50 per space per month. With reserved spaces, you receive a reserved parking placard that must be displayed when parked in the space. The community also has courtesy patrols, so you can enjoy peace of mind as well.
